Turn on the loose option to treat values that look the same as the same.

Last month's list and this month's, the old price list and the new one: no more checking line by line.

Drop the old file and the new one on "Compare two files" (swap them with the arrows if needed).
An ID-like column is picked to match rows; choose another under "Match rows by" if you like.
The counts of added, removed and changed rows appear, with the table in colour. Show only the changed rows to check them.
Press "Save a colour-marked Excel report" for a comparison you can share as is.
