Unify full-width and half-width characters

"ＡＢＣ１２３" and "ABC123" count as different values, so duplicates slip through and totals split.

Steps

  1. Drop the CSV or Excel file.
  2. Letters, digits and symbols to half-width and katakana to full-width is what most systems expect (the default).
  3. Choose columns to limit it; none chosen means all.
  4. Changed cells are marked and counted; check and save.

Questions

Are kanji or hiragana changed?
No: only letters, digits, symbols, katakana and spaces.

The CSV is never sent anywhere; everything runs in this browser.
